Your phone with resolution 1920x1080 - meets HD & QHD screen criteria!
In the attachment to the post you have a complete sys.txt for your phone!
Delete old, clean the contents of the SAVE folder and copy the new sys.txt to the iGO folder.
Run iGO and configure
The tips that Boki_Srb described are correct, but not for your screen (You have xxHD)
so removing the top and bottom bars will not give much.
Also check the screen scaling in your phone settings (possible screen settings - although I did not find the information to be able to use this model / as eg in S8 /)
PS.sys.txt which you presented is not from the compilation for this version of iGO. This version does not support dispositions

Thank you both for your advices! I forgot to mention that if I turn the Moto Actions "One button nav" ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) off, everything is working and I can see everything. But if I turn that feature on, then the navigation bar/buttons block the bottom as mentioned in previous post. However, from observation of all the other apps I have installed so far, this feature completely removes the navigation bar/buttons when turn on ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]). And unfortunately, it does not do so in iGO Primo Israel 9.6.29.636868. So I am looking for a solution in which I don't have to go back and forth by turning this feature on/off in order to use iGO properly. Hope this makes sense.
Boki_Srb: I removed the ; on both lines as suggested but unfortunately, it seems that my phone does not have the app scaling option for individual app; so the navigation bar/buttons still block the bottom.
wojpen: I deleted the SAVE folder content and used your sys.txt but just like before the navigation bar/buttons still block the bottom.

In 3d view, there are no traffic lights ( I see them in 2d view). That should be something about license, but I cant find what...
Im using 2017.Q4 maps. Which license should work?

and I have all those license, but stil no traffic lights in 3d view...

You can use instead of lua_engine 1.0 also the newer lua_engine 1.1.
You can select the engines in info.ini file in your Voice_TTS.zip
Parameter:
lua_engine_version="1_0"
or
lua_engine_version="1_1"

hello! the last 2 days I get no traffic info at all. I haven't changed anything on primo or phone. any idea what's the problem?

I checked my installation and got no traffic too.
Sometimes I had to restart app to get traffic, but at this time it doesn't work.
On NG Israel it works.

hallo mates! i am using igo primo for many years.just a quick question. i want to find an address at the GOOGLE. When i use the google button (at the local search menu) i have an error. "no connection to the server". anyone with the same problem? any solution?
PS: either with data on or wifi connection the same error.

Only with few versions of Primo, google search is working.
And this is usually indicated when the application is posted.
