Spoiler: iGO_Pioneer
But system folder for app still stays com.nng.igo.primonextgen
That is what I want to change, for example in com.nng.igo.avicsync, or something else.
in avicsync is: jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsyncQuote:

Why do you care about the package name? Are you trying to use multiple .apk using the same package name? Package name are unique for a reason and it should be irrelevant to user. What's more important is the icon and name of shortcut and maybe the directory location of where all the user changeable files such as sys.txt, maps, etc...
Originally, this version iGO Pioneer 9.18.28.610130 and iGO NextGen 9.19.1.484935 are "using" same package name. So that means that connot be installed sametime on one device. That's the way I can compare two versions, to see which is working better. Name and icon are important too.

I have 9.18.28.610238 and 9.19.1.483935 installed in same device. They work ok together, even using share map/poi/voice to save space. What I can tell you, Avic is much better. Much faster load up time and online TMC works flawlessly. I did not have to do anything special in installation (the sys.txt already have the correct different folder needed) Look in the Avic thread for proggy to change name and icon.
