Guys it is a autoradio device, you can not access it through the computer. Updates and communications go via USB flash memory, which content is created on comp.
It is symptomatic that user "meny" consistently refused to indicate what he has done and how it is done.
It can not be helped if he continue to behave like this.
I wanted to install a newer map IGO, I can not do that, so I downloaded the firmware from the alpine . ru for INE-W970BT-Navitel and it killed my navigation system

and now I can not go back to the original
sorry but my english is not so good, so I can't exsactly write
It did not hurt, did it :) I guess that you do something like that.
Well, navitel is different system then iGO. Both works under WinCE and that is only in common. I don't know exact structure of navitel configuration for your device, to compare it with iGO. Maybe even hardware are different (in that case ...you know).
But I can suggest you to try couple of solutions.
First, in cases like this, you have to flash unit with complete original firmware (both main and bluetooth component, then navigation). You can download it from official site (I've already posted link) and try.
If not helps, or can't be done, than you must combine: original firmware files from official site with flasher from Russian site. Cross your fingers and try again.
The last option is to send the mail to Russian colleagues, explain what you did and ask them if can help you.
There is also one "countrified variant", if unit still works:
- on usb stick, put Commander for WinCE. Set device navigation path to it. When you start navigation, actually you will start commander. If necessary, rename the exe to iGO/Primo/MobileNavigator. Than you can see content of internal memory (if is not protected), to know what to do next. After that, you can delete some files, replace, etc... copy complete Primo folder from USB flash to internal memory (again: if not protected)...
Friendly suggestion: For better English translation use for example [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] :)
And, of course: all you're doing, you're doing at your own risk.
The writer of these lines, and a firmware authors assume no liability for damage caused by your improper use. ;)
my device is not original navigation application is only: INE-W970BT Firmware Update and Bluetooth Update.

Of course, original navi software works only with original maps. For your device it was Primo 2.0. You have to replace it with patched or other versions. Try, for example, proven version, like Primo 2.4 "Honda" version (9.6.13.405512). Or some Primo 2.0 only for 800x480 resolutions.
Could You send me patched versions of Primo 2.4 "Honda" (9.6.13.405512)? Thank You.

It is pure software. Download from this forum and put them in appropriate folders, next files of your choice:
- required > language and voice (Polish I guess...), latest global_cfg, map's, poi's...
- optional > buildings, DEM, skin, speedcams, tmc's...
You can also combine it with Alpine data.zip and/or branding.zip (requires sys.txt references or modded sys).
I cann't find switch off button also the map looks zoomed out I tried to change the setting of map to low position no success... Chinese Nav Roadrover 800*480
Ok, finally I read whole topic, there isn't proper cracked Alpine exe yet.I think I will be stuck with 2.4 Primo since no license for Nextgen for Egypt yet.I'm working on iGO Blaupunkt v9.6.13.491814 - 18 Feb 2015 when I finish it I will post it.
Can this be used in the USA.
