OK i want to use Primo in a Sony xperia E1. Res 480x800. I downloaded from Admins link in post 172 but... It works fine in portrait but in Landscape i only get half the screen One other thing. When i turn on Primo i need to go through the set up every time, any ideas why.
I do have another older version that works just fine but that wont go into landscape what is annoying.
Any help thanks?
force_renderer = "RENDER_MOYA"
driver = engine
screen_xy = "800_480: 800x480 / 480x800: fullscreen"
OK i know the problem with the set up each time i turn it on. Android Kitkat does not write to SD Card so no save file getting written. Not a problem as i have room on the phone but i will no doubt root it later.

I dont have a problem installing it on Kitkat. I have it working fine on another phone but i want to use this different resolution phone as a dedicated sat nav. My problem is getting the resolution correct. It says 480x800 in the manual but true landscape portrait is 480x744 on portrait and 737x480 on landscape.
Mate - use ScreenSpecs apk. is in Android Market!
Install in your phone apk. ScreenSpecs
Run this apk. in mode portrait and landscape!
follow screenshot of the screen horizontally and vertically - and show (in this forum) these two screenshot's.
eg. This is screenshot from my SONY Z2 - landscape mode:

PS. Your another phone is SONY E1? - iGO in internal memory? or SD card? Phone root or no-root?
PS2 - Show herre your multimode.ini (text mode) for this Phone

walk around a bit. It is good for health.
Phone is Sony Xperia E1 D2005. The phone is not rooted. Igo is installed in the phone now so it is saving the save folder just fine. My problem as i say is resolution only.
What is multimode.ini?
And when running iGO
In iGO is file data.zip.
Enter the file (2 * click) - the inside is multimode.ini file. open it and copy it to the notepad contents of this file. There are set limits for the different areas - including for your 800x480
