Does anyone know how I can find the direction of way in degrees (0-North; 90-East) ?
Example:X,Y,TYPE,SPEED,DIRTYPE,DIRECTION
16.56940,56.77337,1,40,0,0
DIRECTION = direction in degrees (0-North; 90-East)

With Spudigo, you can see it on the map.

I would like to ask you a few questions about it
1 Is the angle of detection for the cams variable or it's always the same.
2 For instance in Spain there are hidden cameras in the side lanes of the motorways that are detected in the central lines how can I refine this

The exact angle is not important.
