Do you have clean master or some other cleaning apps on your device?
If you have, then add iGO in exception.
Clean master delete data.zip from iGO folder and then igo write error like on your picture.

After doing some searching on this error this is due to a new policy introduced by Google in 4.4.2 where they have restricted write access to SD cards. Please see the following links explaining this issue. It can only be fixed if your device is rooted. No solution for non rooted devices.Quote:

sys not changed will not create a sys.txt and therefore not replace your existing one if you have. sys changed will create a sys.txt with the minimal values.
About your second question, i don't know as i am not using TMC
