@kbalage, Question is out of topic. Look in skin/branding group.

@jang, Signal strength too weak. Move outside or get better antenna.

@osiris4isis Tried outside, still doesn't lock.

It works and instantly gets GPS coordinates in u-center.
"PC Navigator 17 Free" also locks:

Your new screenshot from outside showed better signal gain.
Start it without using sys.txt and see if it works. If not, make sure port is auto and baud rate is also auto. If not, make sure port is COM2 and baud rate is 9600.

    @osiris4isis
    Igo doesn't start without sys_pc.txt
With auto port and baud, GPS gets "disconnected" - not working.
With Port 2 and Baud auto - satellites still yellow.

Maybe there something with receiver config?

Did you tell port and baud rate to be 'auto' in sys.txt? Post your sys.txt

That is not natural setting for GPS port. That is setting for emulated com port. Maybe is OK, but...
    Start iGo, go to:
menu > settings > second page > GPS > untick GPS ON then click on auto-detection

Then adapt values in windows settings and write them in sys.txt

@osiris4isis @Boki_Srb thanks for advises, guys.
I figured out myself the problem.
Had to configure my GPS receiver in u-center. Disabled glonass in the configuration and now it works, connects instantly.

p.s. port and baud as expected, port found in device manager, baud rate default 9600.

Ah, I see, the "low signals" are from GLONASS. I have a phone that it's similar problem, GLONASS interfering with GPS, but I can't turn off GLONASS like you can on my phone.

Why? Just delete line in sys which refers to glonass. Or put "...= 0"
