    Guide How to change the skin in igo software

    I am a newbie.. so my question is how to change the skin in igo software for winCE?

    1) Install (copy) <skin>.zip (do not unzip) appropriate for your version in content\skin...if skin folder does not exist, create it.
    2) Start Igo. Go to Settings>Display.
    3) Tap Day--change to desired skin
    4) Tap Night--change to desired skin.
    5) Back out and restart Igo.

    I suppose that the procedure is the same for the Android version, right?

    The procedure might be the same, even is WinCE, or Android.

    Yes it is, but sometime you won't get the Restart button (depending on the skin); but you always should restart.

    downloaded Doupas 6.9 and GjAK 2.2. put them in content/skin folder. also changed ux folder name. didn't show skin in IGO---DISPLAY---Day or Night.
    Android 1920*1080

    Please download the apk Device Screen Resolution and Density ..
    Use it for your really phone resolution and please write here your resolution horizontal and vertical.

    Using INE-W920R version IGO 9.10.232425 de kolomparrudi

    Ok i downloaded the Doupas_mod_by_Korabi.zip file put it in alpine\content\skin when i press Day or Night in map properties i don't see either i am or not on a new skin.

    I miss something probably.

    You can use either ux or skin, not both.

    If the skin is not for your device, you won't see it. If you are on android and the skin was developed for Wince, you won't see it. Probably that is your case. Also make sure is zip, not rar, sometimes it is contained by a rar file, so unrar the file and put the zip file in the skin folder, usually there are instructions when this happens.
