EDIT: I now know that the pearl.lyc is created by igo at the second start and must be manually deleted from the license folder. I was able to reproduce this.
[This is perhaps old software code from the time when IGO was still exclusive to Pearl devices (WIN CE) and has not been removed from the software to date.]

I finally managed to find an installable version (iGO World v9.35.2.252374 Fer 24 2021), which starts and does not crash, which after installation does not call itself iGo Navigation, but iGo World. However, let's not forget that iGO Navigation was constantly updated by the business software. Now I have a problem that although the program runs, the installed iGO HERE Europe 2024 Q2 maps are not active, no matter how much I install the license file included with the maps (Europe_map_NQ_Primo_2024_Q2.lic). None of the license files installed with the program are good, there are about 59 of them! I'm currently at this point, iGO is still unusable.

This license is not useful and even crashes the software on some devices. (Only suitable for some Primo)
Most of your licenses are redundant.
I only tested Slovakia and Serbia and all content is active except for the "serbia.fsp".

iGO Nextgen only wants .lyc not .lic licenses.
I read that in the forum and still had this Europe_map_NQ_Primo_2024_Q2.lic in my license- folder.
