With your obb files I managed to run igo in French, but only with Israël map.
It's a first step.

I guess it's just my GT-N5110 Galaxy 8 tablet (rooted).
Always get: "Unfortunately, Israel has stopped". I installed apk and copy the Android obb files subfolder exactly has instructed many places in the internet.
One thing currious: the installer doesn't create any Igo/Igo_Israel/Igo_Gift folder, so no sys.txt, no nothing.

Succeeded to install on Samsung A3.
Starts only with internet connection active.
Otherwise the message is "ISRAEL has stopped. Restart app".
After tap on "Restart app", the message become "ISRAEL keeps stopping Close app"

Dont get me wrong mates,but for working aplication lib must be fixed,it cant be done with lp,also we se here new file extensions,so aplicantion cant read any maps then new israel. I think this version wouldnt be cracked in near time,and problem for us will be if other iGO aplications also start to work on 9.35 versions,and if map makers do changes to maps also. This will afect and primo users too.

iGO Israel Gift Edition vs iGO Israel NextGen classic

I think that our expectations are unrealistic. The New iGO Primo NextGen Gift Edition, as well as the New iGO Primo NextGen 9.35.2.83984, with the "New Visualization Engine", isn't better than the Old Classic version of the iGO Israel NextGen. On the contrary.
1) I think that the Classic way of finding address with the entry Country, City, Street, House number is more precise and faster.
2) The big problem, as I read on the net, is that both versions are made only adapted for the map of Israel. The version that is paid (iGO Primo NextGen 9.35.2.83984), I didn't see how it work, does not allow the purchase and installation of maps of other countries. People say they have problems and no any has managed to install a map of a country from Europe. User experience: "When I called the support line to find out how to install the content from the third file (containing the routes), they said they would only help me if I drove out to their office in Herzelia (a two hour drive for me)". Unfortunately, users who want to install the purchased map of their country get the same message...Most don't recommend a new NextGen version.
3) I noticed that there is a problem when I wish setup a "Multipoint Route". The phone must be restart and then the application offer the new start position - not always. Otherwise, the message is "No roads can be found near your current position"...
At the end, you can see the screenshots of NEW and OLD versions. In old iGO Israel NextGen I've used Israel_MG_UBF_2017.12 (Israel map) and application normally see them without license. I hope you agree that "New Visualization Engine" is very similar to the "Classic Visualization Engine"...
all engine are same from 2004 to 2018....

true is , nng grow up....see finacial papers...see staff grow up, now nng is global.....all of us make nng grow up.....
No saw intelligent in this version....unless !viscontent.....only Israel....

I hope that in a while we will be able to use maps of all the countries of the world, otherwise this version does not present any interest.
