Source of problem could be in hardware (device memory/SD card), corrupted map files, or corrupted program installation.
In your situation, I would do complete fresh installation:
1. Force stop program
2. Clear cache and data
3. Uninstall program
3. Delete all data (complete iGo_... folder)
4. Do complete new installation, but for start basic, with only one country and without any skin
5. See if problem persists.
6. Add step by step other content until all content is installed, going back to 5. after each new set of files
7. When all content is installed and working without problem, then add skin, and test again
If problem repeats at some point, you will know what is reason for it.
