I warmly welcome colleagues. I apologize for my bad English. I have a very big problem installing IGO navigation iGO_Basar_9.18.27.717219 on the android car player. After the factory reset, the file which initiates the system is lost (I think so but I can be wrong). All installation files are on the SD card. After installation, the information appears with Missing or incomplete folder: / sdcard / iGO. I can not fix it. I tried to communicate with the seller but to no avail, I received only the movie how to install iGO. I do the same as in the movie, but it does not help.

your igo is located on usb3, now you must tell your system to look for it there by writing the correct path in your system text.
must be exact the same!

system.txt is on the sdcard. System.txt is inactive means I can check what's in there but I can not write anything there. Maybe it's a good idea to change the name of the file to the same as it is in system.txt?

systext can you find in the Igo folder.
Under "Folders" you must write the place where your Igo folder is located.

name of igo folder and the name in systext must be exact the same

use a file explore programm to see the exact name of the place where igo folder is stored and put this in your systext

Welcome to Forum
First, read Forum Rules. I corrected all your posts.
Then read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
So you will understand what affects one situation, and the possible solution to the problem.
Understand, the device is only visible to you. It does not matter whether it's a mobile phone or HU.

For that matter, already written for some other devices: install iGO from internal memory. Also, a newer version of the software was posted as a sticky one.
Do not ask how to put the igo into the internal memory, that is basic knowledge for android devices, also everything is already said on the Forum.
Browse. Read. Learn.

Again - this is the basic knowledge of usage

You have Android mobile phone, the principle is the same.
Install some of file managers. Then move iGO from SD card to internal memory.
And again, if you first read the announcement - you would know that the release of Android important. You could also specify the other necessary characteristics.
All this is meant to avoid speculation process.

After purchasing and mounting Android Carplayer, iGo worked. I did a factory reset and iGo stopped working. I tried to reinstall again as per the movie [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. but the following information shows: missing or incomplete folder / sdcard / igo.
This is my problem I can not solve.
I am asking for help from specialists in this field
