Do you guys want to do a test?
I have the colorful 3D buildings and not the gray ones.
Well,when I used Igo Pirmo,I created a new folder called "gfx" with the "buildings.tex" file (I attached),then this folder directly to the main Igo folder,and then I saw all the buildings in 3D (via files *.3dc) colored,much more beautiful and realistic.
Virtually this file creates colorful textures on the buildings.
Now doing the same thing with Igo Nextgen WinCE,it does not work,buildings always gray.
Test:
Put the "gfx" folder attached to the Igo Nextgen WinCE main folder and try what's happening.
Let me know the result.

I think I've solved the problem,now I see colored 3d buildings with Nextgen WinCE.

The application is not working in my Rosen Electronics Win CE car radio. It finds the Navigation.exe file and just hangs up. Screen shows "Storage Card2/Navigation/Navigation.exe" with "Ron" button. Pressing Run button does nothing. Can you tell me what might be wrong?

Device. Use iGO8, it should work.
But, maybe colleague @jtrosky have some more suggestions.
In the meantime edit your post and add precise info about device: year, model, name, surname...

taken out not needed lycs I believe and not needed maps/poi etc only uk kept. but still same issues
here is crash log, error is on start up screen and says fatal error occurred in main thread address 0x0090b244 exception: 0xc0000005

Such a crash log does not mean anything. It always appears on every cr*cked version, and even when there are no problems.
Just take the software from here, delete save folder, delete TTS folder, put only one map, add lics for that map edition and try.

Actually, it works even on my PNA (366MHz, 64MB), but it is damn slow
The values you painted wrongly interpreted. It is memory left to software after starting OS an launcher.
Since there are no arbitrarily memory values (32, 64, 128, 256, 512, etc), his device have 128MB.
