If that doesn't help, look for roadblocks in your save folder
save/profiles/01------delete the ROADBLOCKS.sav

I replaced global with global.cfg 799537
I deleted ROADBLOKS.sav and I have the same issue, nothing changed.
For that version of basarsoft (9.18.27.689739) no need licences.
I am completely lost.

Then it remains as a possibility that some of the files are bad. Download from another host.
Just put an one map (fbl) - of the country you are in. So one by one additions, until you determine exactly

You can also completely delete the application cache (save folder). If you have something important saved - back it up first or just rename.

But what I find is strange, I tried usa-canada 2020.q2; 2020.q4;2021.q2 maps
All of them give me the same problem and 2019.q4 maps works

Good news, after i deleted save folder, it works.
Now the question is, how I can know what is wrong in old save folder because I want to keep all me settings.

This is a well-known case, so I mentioned it. True, a couple of years have passed so I didn't remember right away.
The new map releases have a slightly different structure, so something is incompatible. We don't know exactly what. Only people from the NNG can probably give a precise answer.

Settings - not a problem, you will spend a few minutes to re-configure the software.
As far as I can see, there are a lot of posts on the Forum about yours :smile:
