    @Texas It may be due to licensing.Check or replace folder licenses.

    @Korabi @zsiga68 @dragorul

    Thank you guys for your suggestions.

    I checked license folder all are LYC (NG)
    I have FULL EU (should be working)

    I made one wrong assumption that without histspeed folder I would not not historical traffic but when I removed that folder historical traffic was still there. I guess FSP files do the same job I moved slider with time and roads are changing from green to red even without HSP, so I gues FSP does the same thing.

    This is kinda strange...why do they create separate hsp if fsp does the same job. I have the same screen with or without hsp. My historical traffic works normally.

    One thing I would like to ask you does the navigation give different routing depending on historical traffic or it serves just as info for us. I guess based on green-red state of the roads we can manually plan our route (MULTIPOINT) to avoid red sections. I hope I got this right because I am struggling to understand full potential of hsp and hnr and how navigation does it.

    Questions I have here are:

    1. What is the point of HSP if we have FSP and even without my HSP my historical traffic works???

    2. Does navigation use those data to reroute or change route depending on the time of the day or it just serve as graphical insight into road status so we can manually create route to avoid red sections?

    3. I will play a little bit with sys settings
    [debug]
    max_memory=1048576000
    reserve_memory=15000000
    cache=2048

    Do you thinks this should help and btw what is the max for those values cache and memory?

    So with .hsp AND .fsp removed, you don't see any historical routing? One could be user's contributed (dynamic) and the other vendor collected (static) Similar to .spc versus .spud for speedcam.

    @osiris4isis

    No no I have FSP there I just removed HSP and my historical traffic is working??? So what is the point of HSP if FSP does the same job or am I looking at the wrong thing?

    I removed histspeed folder
    I clicked traffic/ traffic map and there are green lines/routes or red sections depends on time of the day even with histspeed folder removed

    Yes, but you're not answering what I asked. I want to know definitely that .fsp is providing what you are seeing. By removing both .fsp and .hsp, do should not see any traffic related showing. I already provide possible answer to your question of "why have .hsp and .fsp" They might be coming from different sources.

    Sorry I misunderstood. Yes it is FSP, I tested on few countries and when I remove FSP historical traffic doesn't work. Except Austria??? Whatever I do traffic still works, I removed everything except fbl but traffic works for austria. In case of other countries when I remove FSP it doesn't work??? But I guess in the end it is FSP providing Historical traffic except Austria. I will have to investigate it further why Austria is exception. Now it bothers me why hsp if FSP does what it does.

    I just wanted to make sure that NNG is not using some sort of internal file/cache (similar to the .spdb holding the converted value of .txt of speedcam) Make sure when testing that you turned off (not use) TMC. Display of traffic related data could be confusing between TMC and historical routing.
    So I assumed that FSP required license? How about HSP as well?

    Try without memory settings. I did not put anything into the sys.txt

    @osiris4isis
    I did what you asked turned off TMC (source online - turned off) but historical traffic still works, the only way to turn it off is if I remove FSP files. I compared data with working day and weekend and it provides different data which is good. It means this historical data provides decent data.

    About licenses hmm you may be right they may require licenses but I am not sure about that. It is very difficult to understand which license does what. I am thinking that maybe one license activates fbl, fda, fsp and fpa and another FTR etc.

    Here are some of the licenses that I put here which contain keywords in their filename structure so you may be right @osiris4isis

    @zsiga6 I did with and without debug sys settings it still displays error when histspeed folder is active so turned it off and historical traffic works and no error. Everything works but I am kinda disappointed with the notion that I have to turn something off to fix. I would like to be able to fix it by system tweaking. I have full Europe and it should be working with full Europe navigation must not limit us to the number of countries.

    Can you share your license folder here, maybe I can try with it?

    Mystery still remains with or without histspeed historical traffic works so the only explanation I have that that FSP is done by NAVTEQ and HSP by NNG? I hope I am right that HSP and FSP are the same thing just different providers.

    Could you just check to see license is correct and FSP "activated" under About->Content? Also check to see if license is valid for HSP. If so, the .hsp files should work without .fsp?
    Where did you get the .hsp, it's not released for NA map. The HSP posted at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is for Becker. It's NNG product and not part of map maker like HERE, so you might be right about .hsp being NNG and .fsp being HERE.
