TTS has nothing to do with the skin...
As long as the voice file is recognized, you simply need to select the TTS voice in the regional settings.
IMO, however, doesn't 64-bit require a different synthesis engine?

I really can't figure it out. I have downloaded and copied to the right folder the voice from the thread you point me but in igo voice it doesn't get recognized therefor it doesn't show up to select it.I tried install VocalizerEx and VocalizerEX2 but nothing changed.
I asked on this thread because i assumed that i didn't have the correct voice file for the skin, sorry for that.

I have the same problems with a Samsung S21 Ultra, so I only use the non-TTS voice.
