I am not sure if that's relevant, but I remember long time ago Frotzosd told me that newer versions of Igo don't save changes immediately but put them in a buffer. And the only way to be sure that changes are in effect is to either give a route or press "Save and Restart".

As long as the program does not restart the new parameters are not necessarily saved in the SAVE folder, therefore when the program is reactivated, it should behave as if it had been put on extended standby and should keep the values stored in the buffer. If the Audio value is reactivated, it is good that the program is relaunched and loads the data from the save folder, so I lean for a bad backup of the parameter concerned or its overload by a value defined at a place that it will be enough to use to give it the desired value
