While trying your advice, I found this on my computer. A working Hungarian application from the good old PAL collection.

Thank you both for the "real" information. Many people on this forum lead you into the "dense forest", and when you reach the end of your search, you don't even know what you are looking for.
What I don't know, I can only guess. The development of the IGO Pal base application was probably finished in 2018. What keeps it "alive" is the skin added to it.
