After Scheme analysis the problem is located in the path of telepules located in the file color .ini\[icon]
Here are two color.ini files from Becker day-T.zip (Telepules Positif) and Becker_Day.zip (Telepules Negatif)

It seems that the appearance of telepules on the navigation screen for android depends on several factors:
The main factor is the choice of the Scheme
Here are two screenshots made in the same place only difference the scheme the first with scheme Becker Day Colors no telepules the second with scheme RM Cloudy telepules OK

Bixo telepules v.6_1
- New different icon for small countries (last one at the bottom).
- Little improved resolution of other icons.
Installation:
replace my old identical files in "gfx" folder with this new files.

Hi . I face a problem with my car Igo 8 it's started and after I select the language it gives me error and stop the application . this error is " failed to open file telepules.spr " ....I downloaded your updated one v 6-1 but still not working . please help

This is done for Igo Nextgen and is not good for Igo8.
So you can't use it...delete my telepules files in the "gfx" folder if it was already present in the Igo8 main.
