Hi all
I have, like others, an issue with toll_booth warnings :
- the audio test does not work
- it seems impossible to modify the associated sound
Can somebody confirm ?
Thanks
I have not tried the audio test or modified the sound, but the ux is fully operational (on the highway it flawlessly informs about tolls)
Hi iVoy
Without any doubt, the real use is the best but...
- which information ? If you did not replace the default, it only can be a .wav sound ( not a TTS one )
- are you sure it is not the alert signal that you hear ( toll_booth enter or toll_booth exit/payment) ?
- can you verify if toll_booth menu works correctly or not ( test TTS/change sound ) ?
Thanks
Hello All.
@iVoy,
You're probably right, but you're not answering directly to the question of BIBUOT ! :)
@BIBUOT,
I see exactly the same problem as you in the options of this UX with the choice of the personal message ! :)

You are completely right, just wanted to mention the good functionality. The rest, is as both of you say.... not working

Yes, I can confirm that the tollbooth ux included in the skin does not work with the audio test. Also, may not work in "route simulation"(didn't test).Quote:

But I did manage to hold on to a version that works for BOTH the "audio test" and "route simulation".
So, for all interested....;)

Thanks but does not work as it must do :
- test TTS sound OK
- change sound process does not work
>>> So... I do not try "route simulation" and think it is better to wait fororiginal Arimi's update
Sorry ;-)
Sorry to hear that.Quote:

I for one just use TTS-----> Sound Settings: "Mute all alert sounds with TTS". This setting actually "greys-out" the option your talking about. I prefer it that way, don't need "ding" alert AND TTS alert.
