See the image.
It is what exists.

@rider
Before clicking on the TMC, you can notice the visual location of the event on the navigation progress bar.
Spoiler: Visual Location of the Event
And for me, a short click on the TMC and the distance from the event appears.
Spoiler: Distance from the Event

The first image apparently does not answer the question mentioned by @rider.
In the second image there is no difference from the image that was posted just above (post #3033).
A correction is also needed as @Golom wrote in post #3031 it should be a "long click in the last versions" and not a short click.
With a short click we have the TMC configuration screen.
In other words, "it is more of the same" and still with incorrect information.
Sorry to disappoint you but apparently, my "1st answer" is none of your concerns.
The questioner, @rider, is also presented with the option - A visual tip - To view the location of the first event on the progress bar.
It is a small feature that so far and probably, I think that you also did not know about it.
What is so wrong to know about it?
And as for the rest of everything I have described - No correction is required! This is how it works and is accurate - For me:
A short click brings up the "Details of the Distance from the Event" and the attachment of an image as it is with me, completes what I usually do, attach an "illustration".
Finally, as it is with me - A long press brings up the "Traffic Settings" (No "illustration" is needed).

Hi Guys, thanx for these replies.
What I ment is clearly explained here.
It's true when I click it opens the traffic page with distance to the next delay.
If there is a traffic delay this is how the button looks like, it displays the duration of the delay :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The question was if it's possible to display the distance to the first delay on the button.
So, in fact all answeres are correct how it is now, thanx for that, but I think that's not possible.
Not a problem, just one click to see how far away but it would be nice to see without doing anything.
Time + distance maybe even better.
