This ux exists months back, and the creator is from serbia and is intended for serbian forums, because everything is written in serbian, it's just not clear why he published this pongo in his skin.

Hi,
I am really grateful for the skin,and i do not wish to be misunderstood, but up to date i found a problem.
I found that if i have 2 valid tts voices, i cannot choose one of these two, because only one can be seen and therefore selected. Only after exit and somehow invalidating one of them, becomes possible to select the other one.
It is not a big deal to live with this problem, but for sure it is better without it.

Following your hint i did check the voice files, and i found that both ini files contains identical "voicekey" line !
