Did you try inserting old file version? TrY putting poi visibilities.txt that has already been proven. Maybe it will work.

i have tried to use old poi visibilities.txt, bot i found new pb the visibilities.txt file did not update with any new data.

IMO; it is the Format of a Line. If this does not match, poi_visbilities.txt will not be taken over by Nextgen

if a branding.zip with a modified Icon is used then a poi_visibilities.txt is often included here /ui_nextgen/Defaults/poi_visibilities.txt. I always delete these before using the branding.zip

do you mean poi_visiblities.txt file in my profile folder should be delete when i use branding.zip.
If you mean that, I am sorry, I disagree with you in this case because I have tried that way and point of interest did not appear on the map if we delete poi_visiblities.txt file from profile folder.

you use a branding.zip with modified icon?
Then open this ZIP and check if here in Folder
branding.zip \ ui_nextgen \ defaults \ a poi_visiblities.txt exists?
For me under iGO_xxx made this (superordinate?) Problems

another Problem is a Bug in SYS.txt in some download Offers. Under
[interface]
is Entry: "save_cheksum = 0"
correct is: save_checksum = 0

! ** This Error also causes a Problem, among others with poi_visibilities.txt

thanks for replay, if course i have poi_visiblities.txt exists under folder branding.zip \ ui_nextgen \ defaults \ and i do not have any pb .
pls find attached below my two file

sorry, my Friend, i have written all my Knowledge from my own Experience. I can not help anymore.

I have no Problems so far, my poi_visibilities.txt copy from one Device to another, or copy from one Nextgen to the other

Remove discard_save=userdata:poi_visiblities.txt from [other] section.

Dears,
I found the pb , it is based on the branding.zip file which you are using it, the one who create poi_visiblities.txt in profile folde is ""baranding.zip with size 28.240kb""
The other file size 56.981kb can not create a file poi_visiblities.txt in profile folder.

My IGO NextGen ISRAEL_9.18.27.687519 does not cooperate with Pongo's skin.

Starting the IGO takes a long time. Navigating the menu terribly lags.

My hardware is Huawei Mediapad T5

How to solve the problem?
