Maybe thunder is auto selected when it's raining???
Also what is not mentioned in the first post is.
that you don't have to put the weather_pongo.zip from first post in the new skin ux folder.
Spoiler: screen
can someone tell me which ux is responsible for this icon?

I believe the_skin.zip
I think, authors idea is to not overload main navigation screen, so this button opens secondary menu with no so often used items...
My opinion only...(although I am not sure I like it...)
Skin is great, only problem is that font is to BIG for QHD (2560x1440) resolution ...
Spoiler: pic
Maybe the problem is in sys.txt:
[rawdisplay]
driver="gles_2_0_android"
screen_xy="auto"

I indicated I had weather issues a few days ago with the previous skin. With the new skin, I have the same results. My iGo crashes if weather.txt exist in the save folder and I am using any of the last 2 versions of weather_ng_pongo.zip. It does not crash if I use the weather.zip from the latest skin. In this case, I get the weather box on the cockpit but it is always blank and the weather button in the setup page is visible but not accessible.
It confirms that the crash is caused by weather_ng_pongo.zip. I followed rigorously the instructions in post #1. I doubt I screwed up, they are pretty simple to follow. I think we are missing something else.
@Catymag, your setup works well, what version of NextGen are you using? That's the one of the 2 things different from my setup. The other I could think of is the screen resolution but let deal with NextGen version for now. Quick update, I have looked quickly at weather_ng_pongo.zip and I did not see anything to screen resolution.

Anyone else having the problem of the car icon appearing in the middle of the screen instead of towards the bottom?
I have upgraded to all the latest files and deleted by save directory too. Nothing I have tried works.
