@Rider, Images for iGO must contain not only the GPS data, but also the date. Your smartphone probably doesn't write this into the file (JPG)... or EXIF data is lost when copying to a PC?
You can use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] to add an x date to some images, then they will also be recognized by iGO Primo/Nextgen

@ rondoan
No, date is there but when I open a recent photo in Irfanview > details there are no coordinates ( all 0000 ) :
A photo from 2023 :
Contacted support about it because I think that there is something wrong with the latest system update.

That's different nature problem and has nothing to do with the topic or the Forum :smile:

Pfff, thought that this was about creating a route from a picture, so why does it have nothing to do with this topic ?
If someone has this problem with his smartphone it does not work in iGO.

Because now you have a problem with your phone camera app or whatever...
You can try with someone other than the factory (Open Camera, Simple Camera, Camera FV-5, Timestamp Camera ...)
Checks permissions carefully, functioning of the GPS, etc

I tried already a few camera apps but all the same result, I wait for an answer from support.
And yes, all permissions of the phone and app are set.

@rider
Can you tell us which phone you have, the manufacturer and the version?

Up until now I was also of the opinion that it was about how to write missing EXIF information into the image/photo so that Primo-Nextgen could deal with it.
And now instead of an EXIF problem we have a smartphone problem. Now all that's missing is buying advice for a cell phone 😒

@rondoan
As I said I contacted Oppo support about it because it went wrong since the last system update.
Pictures taken the end of last year wrote good coordinates and works perfect with iGO until the update came....😠
I wait for their reply.
