dont have experience in the topic but since the difference is 1 hour i suggest it is something to do with daylight saving time settings either in device or maps or nav app

You did not mention which NG edition you are using...but, have you tried with other? And without skin?Quote:

We are currently in autumn.
I already changed the android time setting from automatic to manual and was unsuccessful.

With NG (2019.Q4) everything is ok.
The problem is with the two tested versions (06 and 12) of TomTom maps.
I did tests with maps of Brazil and Portugal with Pongo, Arimi skins and without skin.
In Brazil, we don't have traffic information online and, strangely, we have the hour 60 minutes ahead, using TomTom maps.
Other users have also reported these problems.
Nextgen Avic, Gift, Israel and Pal.
Then it is definitely up to their server.
So as we say here "if there is no solution then it is solved" !! ;)
