    Default Crash on zoom out

    Hello.

    2 days ago I updated from 2019.Q2 to 2019.Q4. Software starts normally but when I try to zoom out it crashes. At first I thought it was related to new interchange that was built and added since it always crashed when it had to show it. I re-downloaded and replaced all files again. It continued to crashed. I then moved screen to new interchange and entire area around it but zoomed in and it did not crash. Just to be sure I went to opposite direction, got far away and zoomed out and it crashed.

    Hardware is unnamed Chinese, running Android 8.1. Navigation is iGo Israel (9.18.27.687519). Can you tell me how can i check resolution so I can give it to you if you need it as well as tell me where can I find crash log file to upload.

    Clear save. Complete.
    Use latest global_cfg.

    Thanks for response. When you say to clear save, do you mean to delete everything in save folder?

    Yes, it's easiest to erase it all.
    If you have a route saved, poi's ... backup it first

    Often deleting just roadblocks.sav from save/profiles solve the issue.
