I'm tired (and other members too) searching internet to find out what OS is on your phones, and guessing details about your program versions and configuration, maps, ...!
So every possible answer from me could be only GUESSING, and I don't do that!

- Whether the device is rooted or not (for Android based devices)? not rooted
- Which version of Android (Or WinCE) ? 7.1.1
- Which version of the navigation software, exactly? iGO Primo Nextgen(Israel) 9.18.27.687519 (Jan 26 2017) / iGO World 9.18.27.736653 (19.06.2018)
- Where the navigation software is (internal / external memory)? internal
- Which edition of maps and extras? Q1 2018
- Whether the use of the skin (which)?? non
- something about a specific addition that you may use; non
- and, finaly, detailed description of a problem:
i have galaxy a8 and each time one of the apps is up and runing, the app is crash.
i can't find any reason for that, how can i find it?
i tried with tomtom and here maps, and these is only on galaxy a8 and not in pixel 2 xl and not in pixel not in xaiomi mi a1

This problem is often times more described, and it happens only on Samsung phones.
The cause is Samsung's security software, and has nothing to do with iGO, but with a little more education of Samsung users.
Assign all permissions to the iGO, turn off security checks in Google Play settings, and finally and most important - turn of Samsung's Smart Manager (or whatever it's name is). It removes half of the contents of the iGO folder folder because it considers them intruders.

You have been a member for many years, but you have never tried to read a little more.
And you did not even try to even read the threads from beginning to end. This problem is so much discussed that the sparrows on the branch know about it. In almost every thread about NextGen and in couple of separate topics.

you mean at the google play store under play protect to disable the checking for applications?
the permission are all assigned.
the samsung app i don't find there

the thread you link to is about missing license, and here i don't have any messege from igo, the crash messege is from the android system, that's why i don't know the reason it crashed

If you have in sys.txt

accuracy_workaround=1

than try to change it to

accuracy_workaround=0

It is very often reason for program crash on every GPS signal lost.

This Israel version is working perfectly on my Android 7.1.1

This is not device related and should be always set to "0".
