unfortunately without connection to the internet you can not ...
needs wifi or 3g - 4g connection from your sim...
to see the data go: menu -> trafic or use tmc.zip in ux folder from "world" to have an icon on the first screen...
if I plan a route, I can see the following: (img) + audio messages when I approach...

your sys is ok... the only thing is to test and the other profiles about tmc... to find the best for your country...

How to use tmc
I use nextgen basarsoft 9.18.27.717219 with 2017.Q3 navtec maps.
How can I use tmc?
For example, I have a tmc file from the Netherlands, when check it on device it's not red so i think its active.
Do I have to add something to the sys.txt file ?
I have never had a message about traffic jam, how can I find out if tmc is active?
When i connect to internet than i see that tmc work but i want use it without internet connection.

It is not TMC.
It is online traffic data. Discussed so many times in so many threads. That's why you need internet connection.
Go back read more threads. Much more.
P.S. TMC file for Netherlands is tmc license for TMC signal (RADIO data based signal) for WinCE physical receiver.
In some countries TMC is free provided from national radio frequencies (like in Austria) by local radio stations. In most countries that service is payed (Pro).Last edited by Boki; 1st December 2017 at 08:39 PM.
