Try this test, turn off on a street not chosen by the truck route and see if you get a notification/warning about it. Please use the term NextGen and not iGO when referring to it. The term iGO/Primo is for old generation product. I know NNG stupidly call NextGen as iGO Primo NextGen (yeah that's it's full named on their website) and it's confusing (and they call Primo as iGO Primo)

You're right Nextgen is easier, for not make mistakes in versions.

I will set the maximum height to 4,20m en will test it monday morning and report it here.

    Update :

I set a route with height parameter to 4,30m, this road i have to take monday, looked at the route he's giving me, and it's not correct.
I come across 3 tunnels, neither one of them can be passed with that height, i know for sure, maximum height in the Netherlands is 4,00m.
At the first 2 tunnels he drive's straight trough, the third tunnel he make's a detour and crosses the bridge, so that's the only good option.

So after looked at it, i can confirm that truck-profiles are not 100% accurat, tested with Here and TomTom maps.
I think is must be info from map providers wich isn't complete.....

    Hi Wojpen,

Started in Hoogerheide Netherlands, to street : Nieuwesluisweg in Rotterdam.

There are 3 main routes you can travel, 2 by highway and 1 option national roads, the 2 routes by highway i will explain.

First option take the A29 towards Rotterdam, you come through the Heinenoord Tunnel, it's not possible with height 4,30m

Second option take A16 towards Rotterdam, there you have the Drecht Tunnel, it;s limited to 4,15m en it's possible to take a detour via the Bridge, but he drives straight through.

On the last part we have the A15 and come across the Botlek Tunnel, limited at 4,10m this one he avoids by taking the bridge, wich is the good solution.

Thanks mate, i will check more routes when i'm on the road.

I never had checked my routes before but i never ran into trouble either, yesterday a collegue warnt me for the 3,8m, so i decided to use my factory installed nav/radio and my phone with Nextgen, wich i always use.
They came up with different routes, and because i trusted my NextGen much more i followed NextGen and everything was fine, took a detour from 4km, but it's the only way for trucks, so i'm very pleased how it works.

In the Netherlands the maximun height is 4,00m and almost every tunnel is secured with a limit of 4,1m maximum.

If you do have other questions, just let me know, thanks for helping

    @ Wojpen,

Have set Truck profile, lenght 17,30m height 4,35m, width 2,5m, weigtht allowed 60t, real weight 44t, see pictures below.

    Spoiler: Sreenshots

As far as i can tell, the program doesn't have info from maps above the maximum height limit of 4m.
It think it calculates with info from everything less than 4m height and compares this with the truck profile settings, so when you have a bridge of 3,80m he will take another route, but when you have set the height to 4,35m, he doesn't calculated that anymore, just from the maximum height of 4m.

I know one thing for sure, i don't get any warnings when route is calculated, and i can't drive with 4,35m, we have a lot of normal road crossing/bridges and most of them are maximum 4,15m.

I looked at it with both map providers, tried alternative routes and when you have the route calculated and it shows on the sreen you have the option arrow ( right below ) and the restrictions button is grayed out ( looks like he can't see any restrictions ).
Made a screenshot of it, last picture.

    Grtz. Ludo.

    @ Osiris4isis,

I know, i have the program from the op so i do have the truck zip, only my signs look different.

Only it doesn't seem to work when you set the parameters in the truck profile outside the maximum country limit or standard values.
It assumes that you don't go over the maximum height level for the Netherlands wich is 4m.
So you can put as height 5m in you're truck profile, but it stil says you're good to go......

Maybe i can try to put you're truck zip and see if it makes any difference ?

    Grtz. Ludo.
