How to update maps

Hi,
sorry for the probably stupid question. Do I need a license file for these, or do I just follow the tutorial and copy the file?

Original Igo version is 9.18.27.693527 running on Android 9 on a PX5 headunit. Here maps 2018 Q1 are pre-installed.

Unfortunately I can't see your screenshot in Tapatalk (for whatever reason), so apologies if there is still something missing.

In the menu licenses, I have license information for all maps, including ME 2018 Q1.

So my next question would be: Any hint where to find the required licenses or which tutorial to read (I already had a look). If not I'll leave it be. The issue is that the UAE is a fast developing country, meaning roads change permanently.

Are you 100% sure the software is genuine?
By this is meant that it is installed from the Play Store. All software and content are in internal memory of device in system partition (you can not "see" them or access it, unless the device is routed).
In that case, you can only legally buy the latest maps. No attempt to add content and license can help you. No way.

If the software came with the device and is on the card or the folders are there - it is not original. You can remove it, install another one you want...change content, etc.
Instructions for installation procedure are given in each NetxGen software dedicated topic. I would recommend versions that do not require additional licenses.
