NEWBIE [and THE OTHERS :)] PROBLEMS with NG INSTALATIONS

In root of internal memory you put iGO_Basar folder. Not in Android, data, etc. ONLY IN ROOT OF INTERNAL MEMORY. Whole iGO_Basar folder. Add content data from third link in that folder.

If you have Oreo on your device, and only then, create in
internal memory of device\Android\data\com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient\global_cfg\
and put ONLY GLOBAL CFG ZIP in it.

Do not put anything on SD card.

What is complicated to that??? :smile:

i have proplem with iGO Basar 9.18.27.734842 and not save the settings
when i start the program i setting the menu with voice and language and save a history point its ok
when i cloce the program and start again is going to default settings and lost the settings and save history plays

The application can be installed in the folder name iGO or iGO_Basar without changes data_folder_name="iGO_Basar" in sys.txt
Copy the iGO/iGO_Basar base folder to root of internal sdCard..

My Igo Basar make a funny noise after installed Skin iGO nextgen by pongo + kit UX-plugins - it sounds like "informata skipping" - any one know where this noise is comming from?

You should ask that in Pongo thread, I think that is a problem due to skin.
But, anyway - remove all unnecessary languages, and check [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] on previous page

I have some problems with igo.

Problems:
1: Every time i use iGO all the setting are gone.
2: Sometimes on the route there is no voice

Hi everyone.
I have a strange problem with the last version of nextgen Basarsoft or with android, I'm not quite sure. I recently bought a new phone with 2160 x 1080 FHD+ screen, installed nextgen and it started with a black line in the bottom of the screen. I think nextgen starts in 1920 x 1080 although it should be in fullscreen mode. In sys.txt for the screen it's written : screen_xy="auto" and fullscreen=1. When I turn the phone in landscape the black line remains on the right side of the screen.
How can I fix that?

P.S. I've just tried Sygic, no such problem. So it looks the problem is in sys.txt, but I don't know how to edit it. Help?
