On phone/device with Lolipop or older, with World and Gift version, apk make_sys. But, actually, that apk didn't make sys file, and it is not included in package.
Just use any sys file you want.

I have no idea, I never have situation you described. When I installed *.apk in a particular directory, I get all appropriate files and directories under the install directory. And I have installed MANY versions.

Voice navigation does not work when the mobile is connected via BT in the car.
I want voice navigation only through my mobile speaker
How to fix it?

In my case (VW Passat) BT Audio choice only kicks in when something is playing using phone's audio player but not navigation like IGO or Google maps which by default play through phone speaker. So for directions to go through radio speakers I'll need to start a song, enable BT audio, stop the song and then start navigation. And to just use mobile speaker start navigation and do nothing.

Hello !
I tried all options in sys.txt with navigation_audio_stream = 1 to 5 but nothing works for me. With option 3 there is no navigation sound on the phone speakers & no sound on car speakers, on all other settings the sound comes from the phone .
My Hard & Software are :
Phone : Samsung S4 Mini - LineageOS 14.1 (based on android 7.1) - Root
Software : iGO World 9.18.27.736653 - 19.jun.2018 also tried with iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519 and iGO_Basar_9.18.27.717219
Car : Mazda 6 with Bose soundsystem
With other Navigationsoftware like Sygic the Voice Navigation over Car Speakers works perfect!
Are there any other options in sys.txt i can try (or perhaps on the Android Phone directly) ?
