    MapChanger for android involves two things :
    - ux utility
    - apk
    Also, NAVI .apk (Primo / NextGen) must be able to launch an external application.
    As long as I know :
    - arimi's .apk know to launch an external application, I use NEXTGEN_ISRAEL_9.18.27.676280
    - miskontije's didn't, I use iGO_Basar_9.18.27.689739
    - miochacha can modify miskontije's .apk for launch external application ( iGO_Basar_9.18.27.689739+onlineTracker+sosSMS+ExterProg_MicroSD_MCC )

    ux utility is the same for Primo and all NextGen version, launch java:call("android.startExternalApp", "com.gja.nav.utility")
    apk version improve pachage launched on restart navi :
    iGO Basar => com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient
    iGO Avic => jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync
    Nextgen Israel => com.nng.igoprimoisrael.javaclient
    iGO Pioneer => com.nng.igo.pioneer
    iGO Navigation => com.nng.igo.primong.igoworld
    You can launch MapChanger from Primo and restart into Nextgen ...

    I have on card :
    - iGO_content\content\
    -- building
    -- dem
    -- map
    -- map_ot
    -- map_tm
    -- map_tt
    -- poi
    On sys I have :
    [folders]
    buildings="..\..\iGO_content\content\building"
    dem="..\..\iGO_content\content\dem"
    maps="..\..\iGO_content\content\map"
    poi="..\..\iGO_content\content\poi"
    The concept is named "Happy Marriage".

    hy guys,

    need someone to explain to me how to make the different Igo Nextgen software to use same content folder using the sys.txt entry.

    I have on my Android Navigation device (WayteQ x995 Max) IGO nextgen basarsoft, IGO Nextgen World and IGO nextgen_Gift installed and all have in there IGO folders invidaul content folder. I have tried these syntax pointing both IGO Nextgen World and IGO nextgen_Gift to use the content folder in iGO_Basar but they both came up with "error no maps found"(my external sd card is calles "sdcard2" on my device):

    [folders]
    data_folder_name=
    linked_root_list="/storage/emulated/0 /storage/MicroSD /extsd /storage/extsd0 /mnt/extsd0 /mnt/storage/extsd0 /external_sd0/mnt/sdcard/external_sd0 /mnt/external_sd0 /mnt/sdcard/external_sd /sdcard2 /sdcard /sdcard/sd /mnt/sdcard /mnt/sd /mnt /storage /mnt/extSdCard /mnt/external_sd /mnt/sdcard/external_sd /sdcard/external_sd /storage/extSdCard"
    has_secondary_root=1
    android_secondary_root_path="/sdcard2/iGO_Basar/content"

    Would appreciate if somebody can give me the correct syntax for the sys.txt

    Thanks in advance

    1.345x....

    the Construct by iGO-Primo-Nextgen.APK search the data-Folder
    [folders]
    data_folder_name="iGO" ; or iGO_Basar" or iGO_Gift or iGO_Israel or ......

    one Install only need this Folder

    two Install (Primo and Nextgen-Israel) need a Folder (secondary) with Map-Files and all other Files, which are not indexed at Runtime
    ! the Lang.zip from Primo or Nextgen put in the primary Content-Folder and the SpeedcamText.txt and the POI.KML (Userdata)

    all APK now search the Map-Files in a other \Content, the Secundary

    in SYS.txt now:
    [folders]
    data_folder_name="iGO" ; or 'iGO_Basar' or 'iGO_Gift'
    ; now the secondary Path for Map-Files
    has_secondary_root=1
    android_secondary_root_path="/the absolute Path-Name_intern_or_extern/iGO_Map/"
    ;
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Create now one Folder \iGO_Map in Root from Nandflash or SdCard
    read the absolute System-Pathname with TotalCommander and edit SYS.txt
    put Folder Content with /Bulding, /Dem, /Map, /POI, /Histspeed, /Scheme, /Speedcam/*spc. , /tmc to secondary Folder \iGO_Map

    finish....

    data_folder_name='iGO_Gift' ;(this is the igo folder i would like to point to the IGO_Map folder in the root of my sdcard)
    ; now the secondary Path for Map-Files
    has_secondary_root=1
