I will download the new version again and make a fresh install, I will let you know how it turns out.
It looks like there was something wrong with my first install.
Tested today with the new skin and works fine now.
My best guess is i have a ram memory problem when all skin functions are activated, I turned off the ones i don't really need and everything's works okay.

So, if I understand correctly from Seria's post in OP the most complete version is the Israel. It's the only version that everything works, right?

I agree that Israel is most complete.
Calculated local routes, with same options, seem better than in some other versions (for me, in my region).

I don't think you will many info about PAL version. As far as I know, there is one release only, so...
I think that the best version until now, if you want to add skin/customization is IGO Israel version.
The best version, if you want the basic with "light speed" is IGO Avicsync version.
