Some problems with new maps and Primo

My device : samsung galaxy note 4 32GB / 3 GB Ram...

Read again post #8. There were enough unnecessary comments. The devices don't have a problem, then users.
Make an effort and start reading.

I had the same problems on the Note 4, and you have to solve it in sys. file.
I'm approaching sys. file from my Note 4.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has iGO primo israel 9.6.29.636868 such problem on android 10. On other devices all works well on android 9 and 10. How can this bug be fixed as shown in the pictures?

And how users do not understand that the problem is with the device (system, driver) ?
As much as we love Primo - it is too old.
