Default Chinese Standalone Sat Nav running WINCE

    Hi Guys
I think my Sat Nav is bricked, I tried installing iGO_2018_Q1 onto a old Micro SD Card that I had
but it did not run, so I copied all the relevant files over onto the root directories, of the
Sat Nav alone, now it wont run at all, I keep getting a message when I click on Navigation Icon
Warning application failed to start last time, "Do you want to reset to factory defaults". which I
have done several times, to no avail, looks like Im stuck in a endless loop...

The trouble is I have no idea, what size the Micro SD Card the Sat Nav supports
as the manual that came with it has no mention, am I safe using a new 4GB one
and most of all how do I recover from a potential bricked Sat Nav

Looking at my system info, it reports Processor SIRF Atlas-V
Ram Size 128MB, Flash Size 4GB
    External Card Size 0.00/0MB
    App Version 110118.1516. QC01.MLC (B)
    OS Version N110325E11032501113051130

    Any Help Appreciated ??
    Alpine Man/ Keith

Name of device? Model? What WinCE? What iGO?

Where and what files are you copied exactly?
You can not brick device with mentioned procedure, but you can kill navigation software.

Read [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for example, you will get some picture clearer.

And use a search on forum, read a lot

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Hi Boki_Srb

In answer to your first question the Sat Nav I have is not branded it is a Chinese Clone
second answer I suspect it is Wince 5 or earlier, but it is the iGO is Primo
and the files where copied into the Graphical File system that somebody
had posted onto the forum, I have a picture of it on my PC, but dont
know how to upload it onto here

That is all I can tell you other than the System info, I posted in my opening query

    Too little information...
Each device has a sticker with basic info. It should, at least.
