Default UX cancel each other out

I have two UX files, each do the opposite of each other, one displays when the speed limit sign goes lower and the other one displays when the speed limit sign increases.
When i simulate a route and only use one UX it works fine for each of them but when i place both UX files in folder they cancel each other out and only one UX works, the other does not display or work.

To see what I mean place one of the UX into folder and do a simulated test where you enter area where speed limit decreases and then remove that UX and try with other where speed limit increases then try both ux together in ux folder.

This is NOT about the speed your travelling it is all about the speed limit sign on the road.

can someone try and solve how both UX can work together so it displays when speed decreases when entering an area and then displays when exiting area and speed increases

    I tested both.

I deleted the save folder before.
I tried it without skin, it works well.
but with dimka skin speedlimit_decrease_tts_20 is not displayed.
