Thread: sound volume too low

Hello,
I'm using iGO 9.6.29.636868 on my Samsung Note 4 running Marshmallow 6.0.1 since while.
I come back from my holidays trip where i used iGO. I had the bad surprise where the sound was too weak. I checked the system sound as well a the iGO sound volume, they wefe set at the maximum. unfortunately I could not fix it.

I noticed that the "natural" voices are of an acceptable sound level while the "TTS" voices are weak. Precisely, I use a TTS voice.
Is there a way to increase the sound leve of TTS voices? on iGO or on the system?
