How do you mean "blocked" card? Only locked?
Use any SD card you want. Browse Forum, read mentioned threads.

Use another card reader. Use another OS (Linux). Win XP is better then W7 or newer for such a things.

new card with NAVI AP folder in it
then the ALPINE folder
the IGO AlpineNavi.exe program is located there and it works
