Hello Wojpen,
If you have an S8 or S8 +: Is Galileo recognized in iGO ??
Thank you
Michel
As I am informed no. Even not so far confirmed that S8 even see them, regardless of the specifications . Only BQ Aquaris X5 Plus and Huawei Mate 9.
But, someone with S8/+ can try:
And, still not usable anyway...Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
Dear Friend Boki_Srb
As you remember - and it was relatively recent - everyone said that Primo on the QHD screen (2560x1600) would not go ... and what? - it works!
In this case - for LGG6 also works, but the Samsung S8 has a programmable resolution setting - and we both know that you can not put zip data at the same time 6 different declarations for the same interface.
I unfortunately do not have access to S8 (I have Note4) - so I will not try.
According to my thoughts - based on the design of the previous solutions - you have to do the version of data.zip for 2969x1440 resolution - and later programmatically adjust the screen to smaller.
IGO NextGen Galaxy S8 and S8plus work fine with dpi = 640 setting
In the evening I will still think about it - maybe something will come out. So far I'm still waiting for data from @tovid colleague - because we can not, unfortunately, exclude errors in installation of iGO after patches.

Hello wojpen!
Galaxy S8 Set to Full Hd resolution (2220x1080) - This setting works with Primo
data.zip multimode.ini
[modes]
; mx=WidthMin..WidthMax, HeightMin..HeightMax,Folder
; OR
; mx=Width, Height ,Folder
m5=900..1480,450..900,"1024_768"
m6=500..900,850..1480,"1024_768"
sys.txt (FullHD sys.txt required)
[rawdisplay]
highres=1
driver=SURFACE_ENGINE
force_renderer=”RENDER_MOYA”
screen_xy=”auto”
@navivas
Have these settings been checked by you? Or do you think they will?
I ask - because if you compare them to the settings I suggested in this post - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
This difference is only in the image driver declaration:
I was there
driver = "GDI"
You are
driver = SURFACE_ENGINE
If these settings are checked in real mode and they work - then the topic is resolved !!!
In the same way you can declare the remaining resolution (of course, each one separately).
And by the way - the old and repeatedly mentioned principle - repeatedly overlooked by users:
Choose the version of iGO customized for your device - in this case, the whole "broken up" declarations for the highres.
Great thanks to All - the topic to close

According to nabucco, with this multimode.ini it work :
m1=400..480,196..320,”480_272"
m2=234..320,400..480,”480_272"
m3=700..1024,400..600,”800_480"
m4=480..600,700..1024,”800_480"
m5=1024..2960,768..1600,”1024_768"
m6=768..1600,1024..2960,”1024_768"
I like your enthusiasm, coleagues
But, after 6 million of sold units, still nowhere confirmed (proved) that Primo works. Unfortunately no one in my environment has any of S8/+, to play with it.
Wojpen!
Set the driver (Look at yourself):
[debug]
;show_rawdisplay_info=1 ;→ Clear the semicolon( ; ) → start the Primo → You will write the correct driver → OK → Run iGO → Quit iGO → Put the semicolon in front of the row (No need for more functionality)
costas3850!
This multimode.ini is sure to work, but with my knowledge, FullHD sys.txt doubles the pixels, So half of the values are appropriate.
m5=900..1480,450..900,"1024_768"
m6=500..900,850..1480,"1024_768"
It was only 1 attempt, it would be good to have more experience
