Default iGo 2.4 Primo bluetooth microphone level problem

    Hello,

on my car audio I have no problems with my android cell-phone connected via Bluetooth. I can call and receive vith no issues using the external microphone connected to the car audio.

If I receve a call or I make a call when iGo Primo 2.4 is running the level of the microphone connected to the car audio is dramatically low, the person who is speaking with me hears my voice very far and very low as a level.

I checked my sys.txt and igo9.ini looking for something who could addressed me on how to sort the problem out with not success.

    Any idea?

    Thank you !!.

Maybe he thought it was a problem to the phone
It is not to Primo, I think, it is with unit. Go to system settings of HU and try to find it. Discussed once.

P.S. It is possible that it can be problem on relation iGO and HU, then you need to adjust both.
    Then in sys add:
    [sound]
    ...
    navigation_audio_stream = ...
    ...

for example, whole section could be

If you are using TTS, commands may differ.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    Thank you for your replying.

This morning i've done other tests, (without your advice above cause i read this now... )

    Anyway:

Turn on car audio without launching igo, android phone and bluetooth(phone) active. Perfect
    Launching igo... Perfect.

Turn on car audio without launching igo, androis phone with bluetooth off (phone), launching igo, turn on bluetooth on phone, .... low level audio on micro.

So, it seems related to igo but only if the bluetooth is connected after the igo has started.

    Mistery

When i go at my camping-car, i'll test the setting you wrote down above.

    Thank you.

    S.
