    Default Igo Primo 9.6.5, Clarion and speedcams

    Hi everyone,

    I have a clarion nx 302 running iGO 9.6.5. I can't get the speedcam warnings to work. When I go trough the update procedure (delete all old files, insert new text files, etc.) the program actually reads the new text file AND generates a database. However, I have no option about being warned against radars and the speedcams are not shown. Plus, of course, there are no warnings. I know this program version can show radars on this particular machine (it's being offered as an extra, paid update on their site). Any ideas how I can get it to work?

    Thx,

    add this in your sys.txt

    [warning]
    speedlimit_warning_visual=1
    speedcam_warning=1
    is_spoken=1
    speedcam_enabled=1
    speedcam_max_lookahead=2000
    speedcam_maxdistance_from_road=10

    Now download this file and unpack and copy .txt file to your speedcam folder. delete first old files in speedcams folder.

    Thanks, but the above solution doesn't work.
    I have tried before a somewhat different version of the [warning] section in sys.txt. Now I tried yours. With the txt file inserted in its place, of course. Same result: nothing.
    By the way, by default there is a sys.txt on the card, but it's empty. I think there is another one in the machine. But that one i can't access.
    It may be a license issue, seeing that they're offering the functionality as a paid extra. But I already have a subscription with another provider. I'm paying half of what NNG is asking, and I get my radar warnings on SEVERAL other devices.
    So... any other ideas?

    JOYTURKX, I did all you said. It still doesn't work. Seeing that it is a nexgen edition, i wonder if it needs a specific, separate license file for speedcams to work.
    I even changed the original iGO SD card with another, with a version found on this site. The GPS runs with the cracked version, but still no speedcams, no matter what.
    Any ideas?
