Igo primo vehicle height error / glitch

Hi there guys,

I have a little issue, I have a 7 inch 8gb wince igo primo device chinese sat nav. My device seems to have a vehicle height issue in particular when it comes to the numbers 3,4,8 and 9. It seems to always default to the number before it.

examples:
I key in 3ft it will go to 2ft
I key in 4ft it will go to 3ft
I key in 8ft it will go to 2ft
I key in 9ft it will go to 2ft

Has anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it. I have scoured the forum but to no avail.
