    1. If your unit is running iGO, it could be PC, Android or WinCE.
    2. iGO uses HERE or TomTom maps which are release quarterly, but unless someone posted them, you won't see it.
    3. I've used Garmin, TomTom, iGO/Primo/NextGen, Sygic, Navigon, etc...And I like Primo the best. Garmin lack customization (no skins) but simple to use. TomTom is much simplistic for my need. Sygic can't get their release error free. Navigon is good but lack features. Navitel is excellent but no US/Canada maps. Route66 is good but I can't get 3D to work.
    4. Post picture of the unit; if possible the label at back that ID the unit. If you have WinCE, then it has nothing to do with Apple/iPhone.

ok ive got primo installed but it seems to about 1000' off in its calculations garmin takes right to the spot .never used tom tom . the biggest trouble im having is i do about 95 % of my driving is off road the garmin dose a fair job with the county roads but lacks some features this unit claims to be able to use other maps like igo/garmin /sygic/kudos but cant seem to find the maps or how to use them .what im trying to do is igo primo for on road and one of the others for off road
