Thread: Please help Igo Primo 2d North Up

I hope that someone can help me. Please keep answers as basic as possible for this poor Luddite!

Talk of skins, sys files, paths etc will likely make my head spin.

I have purchased a Chinese Truck Sat Nav from ebay. It is running Igo Primo 9.6.13.267029 on a Windows CE 6.0 device.

I prefer a 2D map view North Up. I do not seem to be able to achieve this at all. Every sat nav I have ever had has allowed this, including a unit running Igo 8 in a previous vehicle.

If I touch the map screen to allow manipulation then the compass icon switches it to a North Up view but goes back to course up when I return to navigating a route. There just does not seem to be an option to have a North Up 2D navigation view.

Am I missing something here?
