    How do you exit the program? Do you just shutdown your device? You must exit through the program itself in order to correctly save your options. It is not recommended that you just shutdown. Delete your current save folder. A new one will be automatically created the next start/exit of the program.

    Thanks for quick answer.
    When I quit the program I do it in through the program exit. And when I start again, program starts with setting the language and the rest. Where is the save folder?
    This is the first on the screen when I start the program:

    Then I click on "OK" and the program starts from the first settings. I hope you understand

    Hello.... @Douglas Rike

    the (save folder) if created correctly, located in the root of base_folder (iGO_xxx folder)
    in your case is permission writing from android...
    move your (iGO_Basar) folder to path as the below:
    SD -> Android/data/com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient/files/iGO_Basar

    clear cache memory and try again.....

    EDIT: i hope you use app patched for SD

    !* on the next change, first clear the cache in System->App Management->iGO_xxx, before App rebooting
