I think what you want is (from map screen): button on bottom left to get to Navigation Screen ; experimental features( chemistry flask at bottom) ; Skip Navigation menu.
when I first installed igo primo on my android navigation I was looking through settings and one said something like "show start menu or start in menu or something to that effect and i unchecked it. now when i start igo it goes right to the map anyone know how to undo this?

i believe you are correct it had the flask
my sys.txt looks like this I suppose my fix would be putting a zero in "experimental_features=1" ?
[debug]
imei="android.os.Build.SERIAL"
skip_eula=1
screenshotsavecameraini=0
experimental_features=1
show_networkservices=1
show_lane_info=1
show_junction_view=1
well i put a a zero there restarted it and it didnt put it back to the way it was, any other ideas ?
You are misunderstanding the instructions. sr146 told you exactly how to undo what you did.
1) you WANT "experimental features" (if you disabled it in sys.txt, re-enable it)
2) Tap button on bottom left : Tap the 'flask' icon
3) UNcheck "Skip Navigation Menu"
Restart iGo.
the bottom left button is menu no flask if i hit menu i get a plus sign, a search glass and another button along the bottom. im trying to get the flask back it used to be on the startup screen there was a map on top left corner a flask and a couple other buttons on bottom
You must have this in sys to see flask:
[debug]
imei="android.os.Build.SERIAL"
skip_eula=1
screenshotsavecameraini=0
experimental_features=1
show_networkservices=1
show_lane_info=1
show_junction_view=1
Then after igo turn on, hit menu button and then on flask and uncheck "Skip Navigation Menu"
Hi buddy
Look this ->[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
This is the "BIBLE" for sys.txt - how you want to poke at it - you have to know! (Thx Urbexuk)
.......
in this topic:
[debug]
experimental_features=1
[Feature]
back_button = 0 (or 1) adds / removes the BACK button in the interface Primo
If you do not that's what you want, when you run iGO, you have the tools menu the last option -> "Reset to Defaults". Press and confirm. Then, the menu
"Additional Options" you 1 items "Skip navigation Menu" if selected - uncheck !!!
* Should Help!
