Thread: iGO is blocking background music and TTS from playing

Guys,

I have no idea what happened. I bought this head unit for my 2010 Camry.

Specs:

Android 4.2.2
Dual Core 1.6Ghz
iGO myWay v9.6.7.235654 Built: May 16 2012

Issue:
Everything works for over a month, I downloaded vocalizer_e.tts_1.0.2.3k.apk here, installed it along with all the expressive vocalizer from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and stored them in the GPS SD card at /mnt/external_sd/vocalizer path. IGO works great, terrific as a matter of fact ...just flawless. I'm so fascinated with the synthesizer, they sound perfect and beautiful.

Sadly, a month later everything went to crap. I didn't even mess around with it. I have no idea why is it that every time I run iGO, it completely blocks all of the background musics (MP3, Radio, DVD, and even its very own TTS voice). Now, I'm driving with out any TTS voice guidance. I noticed that if I put iGO in the background by minimizing it, then I can hear all of the background music (MP3, Radio, DVD, and even its very own TTS voice). Then I can't see where I'm driving!

This is driving me crazy. Today I uninstalled everything (iGO, TTS, all of the junks downloaded from Google App) then re-installed iGO and TTS. NO SOUND whenever iGO is running in the foreground still! Please help!
