Hi all; I have installed iGo Primo 9.6.7.281004 on a Samsung Note4 (screen resolution 1440 x 2560) - It works perfectly, but it shows on a 1/4 of the screen !!!
In data.zip I have only the folder 1280_800, and in sys.txt i have this:
***** I edited sys.txt, I tried to add the line highlighted above (I obviously exchanged the ";" with the line below) but it does not work at all, it crashes.Code:[rawdisplay]
driver=engine
;screen_xy="auto"
;screen_xy="800_480:2560x1440/1440x2560:fullscreen" ******
screen_xy="800_480:1280x720/720x1280:fullscreen"
;screen_xy="800_480:1180x670/720x1120"
;screen_xy="800_480:1280x670/720x1220"
Prior to this I had a Samsung S3 and it worked on full screen like a charm with the same settings.
Anyone can help me???
Thank you in advance
Danilo

RLandscape PDA: 0
*** note I added also the line "show_rawdisplay_info=1" in debug *****
Then, in a second page
ERROR
User interface resolution [1440 x 2560] is not supported or compatible skin can not be found. Exiting application.
Then crashes.
Any further suggestion???
Thank you and
Best regards

Colleague Danilo
Unfortunately, none of this will be!
You have a screen (NOTE_4) 1440x2560 - so 2560/1440 = 1,778
You wrote in the post -> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] - and I quote "In data.zip I have only the folder 1280_800, and in sys. txt and have this:
[Rawdisplay]
driver = engine
; Screen_xy = "auto"
; Screen_xy = "800_480: 2560x1440 / 1440x2560: fullscreen" ******
screen_xy = "800_480: 1280x720 / 720x1280: fullscreen"
; Screen_xy = "800_480: 1180x670 / 720x1120"
; Screen_xy = "800_480: 1280x670 / 720x1220" "
It is in this configuration has a small chance to work.
1. For your resolution should be applied to the interface 16: 9
1024x768, and not as written 800x480 (800: 480 = 1,667 ie 16:10)
2. If - as you write - you have a folder data.zip 1200x800 - that look at what is contained in the file ui_android / multimode.ini? Show this content.
3. Correct image display define two values (described in multimode.ini):
interface:
480x272 - m1 and m2
800x480 - m3 and m4
1024x780 - m5 and m6
If you recall in your sys.txt 800x480 interface, you specify m3 and m4 - and you have m5 and m6.
So what is this miracle work?
@Costas is right that reminded you of records in sys.txt - that there must be due to the fact that you have a HD screen, but you need to match the rest.
And so:
I. You have to change your iGO - the one you have is Primo 2.0 and 2.4 should have, which is the best version 483387 (the latest)
II. For this version data.zip file contains all the interfaces!
III. Download the AM program ScreenSpecs, install and make horizontal and vertical screen. View it here.
IV. Screen size - native - will be different depending on whether you will be seen status_bar and info_bar.
V. Depending on what you choose - you need to properly define:
or M3 and M4 - 800x480 interface,
or M5 and M6 - 1024x768 interface
and write them to a file multimode.ini

All I ask - has nothing to do with the file sys.txt !!!
These are purely optional settings program menu - and program search for solutions (first explore the possibilities).
I suggest that you messed with the sys.txt - if you do not know what and for what - because you can suspend program
Regards wojpen
PS.
1 position from the bottom - the distance to be traveled
2 position from the bottom - driving time
3 position from the bottom - the time of arrival
3 position from the bottom - road sign - maximum speed limit next(in right) to your current speed
These all options are set in the program menu.
The speed limit - visible or invisible (option i sect. Sound and warning/ overspeed),
PS2.
On it was written the TMC Forum - use the search option

Maybe this is just a wild guess, but even though you edited the line, the ";" is a commented line so try removing the ";" before the line you want to use, and put one before the ones you don't need.
